Evolution (Sep 15, 2008) is my first album. The recording sessions lasted from March to August 2008. I worked on this record during the breaks from touring with my band Arcadia. My 2nd solo album is called Codex Magika and was produced on Sep 18, 2012. The Codex Videos was released on Sep 18, 2013. Watch some clips here. The Art of Complications is out since Jan 10, 2016. The next album, The Silent Watcher, was released on Nov 4, 2018. My latest album, « V », is out since Apr 10, 2022.
Demetrio "Dimitry" Scopelliti was born in Vercelli, Italy on 23 February 1980. He started playing the guitar at the age of 13 and after a couple of years of practice he founded the group Arcadia, with this band he tours the entire world in the following 20 years.Arcadia play some kind of progressive metalcore, they released 5 albums. After graduating at the European Music College in Milan, Italy, he releases his first album Evolution in 2008, Codex Magika in 2012, the full length album "The Art of Complications" in 2016 and the digital album "The Silent Watcher" in 2018, plus several other records under different names and music shapes. He's currently endorsed by: Legator Guitars, Randall Amps, Hotone Audio (pedals), Lundgren Pickups. I have been to China twice last winter and the US (Namm) and Germany (Guitar Summit).
As some of you might know I am working on my new solo album. I've just released the single "Elan Vital". Listen on all the Music Streaming Services and check out the official videoclip.
